Order Confirmation Payment & Delivery Details

Payment

  1. SagePay - If you chose SagePay when you placed your order, we will collect payment once your order is despatched.
  2. PayPal - If you chose PayPal when you placed your order, payment was collected when you placed your order.
  3. Amazon Pay - If you chose Amazon Pay when you placed your order, we will collect payment once your order is despatched.
  4. Proforma - If you have submitted a request for a Pro-forma invoice, this is below, in the form of an order confirmation.

    PLEASE NOTE: Goods will not be despatched until cleared funds are received. Cheques will take 5 working days to clear from receipt. BACS payments are classed as cleared funds as soon as they are received into our account. Please quote your Order number when making payment as a reference. You would be required to let us know as soon as payment has been made, via email, quoting your Order number. We do check incoming payments on a regular basis but will not accept any responsibility for any delays due to miss or non-advised payment notifications. It is the responsibility for the recipient of the attached Order Confirmation to check all relevant information is correct including delivery and invoice addresses. Calgary just companies LTD will not be held responsible for any information or products incorrectly quoted that have not been brought to our attention prior to payment and delivery.

Delivery

  1. Our Free Delivery service is usually 1-3 working days, following receipt of your order (stock permitting, if ordered before 1pm, Mon-Fri) to most of the UK mainland*. In many cases your item will arrive next working day, but this is not guaranteed. Saturday & Sunday do not count as working days. In some rare cases, your item might take longer than expected to arrive. If there is a delay in delivery, we will always let you know. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday).
  2. Our Free Express Delivery service is usually 1-2 working days, following receipt of your order (stock permitting, if ordered before 1pm, Mon-Fri) to most of the UK mainland*. In many cases your item will arrive next working day, but this is not guaranteed. Saturday & Sunday do not count as working days. In some rare cases, your item might take longer than expected to arrive. If there is a delay in delivery, we will always let you know.   3. Items which are part of our Start 'N' Go service will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Please note: You will not receive tracking information by email, however you will receive a telephone call from the transport company to book the delivery in - please wait 2 working days from receipt of your dispatch email before contacting us regarding delivery of such items.
  4. Items which are part of our Express Start 'N' Go service will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note: Orders must be placed by 3pm (day before). Deliveries take place between 8am - 6pm, Saturday between 8am - 1pm. You must be available at the delivery address during these times. You will not receive tracking information by email, however you will receive a telephone call from the transport company to book the delivery in.
  5. Please allow the relevant number of working days to elapse before contacting us regarding delivery.
  6. Please check your emails regularly as we will contact you by email if for any reason, we are unable to deliver within these time scales.

    *excludes Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK & Republic of Ireland
