Honda has designed the MIIMO 40 to cope with any situation it may face in your garden. Ideal for gardens up to around 400 m2 in size it can even cope with slopes of up to 15’ thanks to its incredible level of traction and grip. If your lawn suffers from holes or divets then don’t despair; the ultra-reliable Honda MIIMO 40 Live robotic lawnmower is fitted with rapid reaction lift sensors so it will never get stuck in a hole or on uneven ground.
Connectivity is at the heart of Honda’s design. It won’t suffer from interference from other electrical devices in the area and will follow your commands precisely. This outstanding robotic lawn mower from Honda is completely autonomous. It simply follows the layout of your garden with absolutely no input from you. It simply works off a perimeter boundary wire held in place by wire pegs, all of which are supplied as standard (125m of wire and 180 pegs) with the Honda MIIMO 40 Live robotic lawnmower.
The high-specification Honda MIIMO 40 Live is powered by the efficient 18v/2.5ah lithium-ion battery which deLivers plenty of power and emits zero emissions. It has a working capacity of 29m/2/h, can be charged in 45 minutes and it can work for a full 45 minutes on a complete charge. The Miimo 40 is able to mow a 400m2 lawn within half a day, freeing you up to do whatever you want!
The clever Honda Miimo 40 is so incredibly intuitive that it knows when its battery is getting low and will take itself off to charge up! You weren’t expecting that were you?! Its user interface is ‘Mii-Monitor 40’ App so now you can keep in touch with your mower wherever you are in the world. Using the intelligent interface you can review and change Miimo’s cutting schedule or even send it into the shed to save you carrying it. It is supported by android and smartphone applications and has Amazon Alexa connectivity for your convenience.
Hardworking, but quiet and unassuming the Honda Miimo 40 can work undetected at night or in the early hours thanks to its quiet technology. The 360-degree sensors will automatically stop its blades when it detects that it is being picked up and will also automatically turn away from garden obstacles or a pet. All Miimo models will stop completely and sound an alarm if it is picked up and the alarm will only stop and the machine will only restart when you enter your unique code into the pad. This means it cannot be used by anyone who does not know the code.
Miimo is the clever robotic lawnmowers range by Honda. Powered by its own batteries, Miimo works autonomously and is capable of recharging itself when needed. It can be programmed to work to a schedule that suits you. Zone management
Miimo can tackle virtually any type of garden, even the most complex, smoothly navigating around features like ponds, flowerbeds, narrow passages, swimming pools and trees. Although Miimo will normally start its mowing from the docking station, several remote starting points can be identified to ensure perfect coverage.
Cutting time and technique adjustment
Miimo is able to automatically adjust the way it cuts to the season and grass condition, cutting more often when the grass is growing quickly. If it detects an area of thicker grass, it will adapt the way it cuts to work in a concentrated spiral pattern.
Anti-theft security
Every Miimo can be protected by a unique security code, which ensures it cannot be used by anyone else but you. It stops and sounds an alarm as soon as Miimo is lifted and only restarts once your pin number has been accepted.
Additional Key Information
The approximate cut height range for this Miimo is 1.18 in. - 2.0 in. Ideally, the grass should be within the Miimo cut height range to ensure the best cut performance. We suggest using a traditional lawnmower for the first cut of the season then allow Miimo to take over.
Miimo can cross over sidewalks and driveways as long as they are level to the grass surface. If the pavement is higher than the grass, a boundary wire will need to be placed around these areas.
Miimo can only reach areas of your garden that are connected to each other. It cannot cross over a fence or a wall unless there is an opening available.
Miimo can handle most narrow passages. This Miimo needs at least 75cm wide passages to be able to navigate.
Your flowerbeds are safe with Miimo. Obstacles inside the lawn areas such as trees, islands, or flowerbeds are detected by creating loops around them using the boundary wire.
Miimo can also cut around water features like ponds, fountains, and swimming pools. To be sure this Miimo does not accidently slip into the water, the boundary wire must be 75cm away from the edge of the water.
