Prices & Payment
No hidden charges
here! All of our products include V.A.T @ 17.5%. Your
can order either through the secure secure server, or you can also pay by card over the phone or a cheque
against a pro-forma invoice with cheques made payable to CJC LTD. The goods will
remain the property of Just Honda until payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery is normally FREE with all orders
over £50.00 to the U.K mainland only. (Excluding some Scottish Postcodes). In the event of a additional delivery charge you will be contacted before your credit card is processed. we would not debit any monies until we have spoken to you for authorisation.
We endeavour to deliver within 2-5 working
days. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you either
by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number. Delivery is normally between
9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise on a delivery date.
Returns
/ Problems/ Cooling Off Period
You must report any shortages / Breakages
within 48 hrs. ( it pays to inspect goods before the carrier leaves if you suspect everything is not as it should please signed for the goods damaged or refuse delivery. This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier. Failure
to do this may invalidate your claim.
You have the option to return any
product within 7 days of purchase. All you have to do is E-mail or Fax us on 01263
826190. We will arrange to collect the machine. In some instances you may be responsible
for paying carriage charges and/or a restocking fee. Please ensure that the machine is returned in it's
original packaging.

After Sales Service
Honda UK has an extensive network of After
Sales Service Centre's ensuring that you the customer will receive prompt and
efficient service in the unlikely event of any problems with your machine. All
our products are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. If you have difficulty
in locating your nearest After Sales Service Centre please contact us at info@justhonda.co.uk
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Justhonda.co.uk is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new electric lawnmower from us we would accept their old example product and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
